Rice cooker comes really handy when you want to cook something simple and easy or in a hurry. You can saute the veggies and rice with spices and transfer to rice cooker and that will do the rest of the work. Here comes the veg pulav which i make quite often with my rice cooker.

This dish is quite simple and easy to make.Every one have their own version of making Veg Pulav. This one is mine which i go when im not in the mood to cook(like weekends) or to make something quick. This is served with raita or some curry.I go with cucumber or tomato raita.

You can increase the spice level by 2 to 3 green chilli as i limit to one.
This goes well with raita or dal.
