Adai and Avial

Happy Pongal/Sankranthi to my Fellow Blogger and Friends.

Adai and Avial is a famous south indian breakfast. It is served with avial which is a coconut based curry. It is a power packet breakfast with lots of protein.Adai is a combination of rice and dal ground together with added spices and do like a dosa. This doesnt need any fermentation hence can be made quickle.Serve up with avail which is,coconut based curry with lots of veggie and it a perfect meal.I like to add in our dinner once a week.
Adai is also can served with butter and jaggery which is a lovely combo.
